VIDEO TUTORIAL / 01
Meet your
younger self.
Image and video prompts, instructions and reference files.

Your reference files
Three photos and one source video. Download the originals before you start.
On a phone, tap Download, then Save to open the system menu. Choose Save Image / Save Video if available. Your browser may save to Files or Downloads instead; open the file there to move it to Photos or Gallery. On a computer, check your downloads folder.
Get your photos ready
You will need a childhood photo and a clear selfie or a few recent photos where your face is easy to see. Download the armor collage, outfit reference, plush toy and source video above.
Open Higgsfield. In Image, select Nano Banana 2.1.
Higgsfield is a separate service with its own plans and generation costs. This is not an affiliate link.

Save the finished collage. Check that all three views show the same girl, your facial features are recognizable, and no animal features remain. The entire collage is one image reference: GIRL.

Stay in Nano Banana 2.1. Upload your selfie or recent photos together with the outfit reference. Paste the second prompt and generate.
